In a refined setting combining Solognot character with exposed beams and a recent contemporary twist, the team of Laurent Peyrottes is at your service. The new management have introduced a fine dinning atmosphere within the restaurant by incorporating dressed tables with fine white porcelain and table cloths. The warm atmosphere of our restaurant will evoke the emotions of the delicious blend of aromas and flavours.
In season, our head chef Romain BOISCOMMUN will use inventive cuisine based on regional products. A large sunny terrace where you can dine overlooking the lake in a natural and peaceful environment is open in season.
